Arianit Ferati (born 7 September 1997) is a German professional footballer of Kosovar-Albanian descent who plays as a midfielder for SV Waldhof Mannheim.

Club career

For the 2015–16 season Ferati was promoted to the first team of VfB Stuttgart.[1] He made his professional debut on 31 July 2015 for VfB Stuttgart II in the 3. Liga against SC Preußen Münster.[2] On 12 September 2015, he made his first Bundesliga appearance against Hertha BSC.

In July 2016 Ferati signed for Bundesliga rivals Hamburger SV and was immediately loaned out to Fortuna Düsseldorf for one year.[3]

In August 2017, Ferati's season-long loan to Erzgebirge Aue was cut short after he made just four substitute appearances in the first half of the season. Hamburger SV planned for him to gain experience playing for the club's reserve team in the fourth-tier Regionalliga Nord.[4]

International career

Ferati was born in Germany to parents of Kosovan-Albanian descent.[5] Ferati played for Germany at the 2014 UEFA European Under-17 Championship.
