The Miss North Dakota's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of North Dakota in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.
Kaylee Moss of Williston was crowned Miss North Dakota's Outstanding Teen on June 14, 2019 at the Bakken Auditorium in Williston, North Dakota. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2020 at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center on July 27, 2019 in Orlando, Florida.
