Uma Kanta Chaudhary (Nepali: उमाकान्त चौधरी) is a Nepalese politician. He was elected to the Pratinidhi Sabha in the 1999 election on behalf of the Nepal Communist Party, Maoist.[1]

He was appointed in 2004 as minister of state for agriculture and cooperation again in 2009 he became health minister representing congress, he hails from bara and won CA election from constituency no 5.[citation needed]
