Waseem Rizvi is former chairman of the Shia Central Board of Waqf in Uttar Pradesh.. He is the producer of the controversial Bollywood film Ram Ki Janmabhoomi.[2][3] He is a staunch supporter of Narendra Modi and Bhartiya Janta Party.
