Walihan Sailike (born 3 March 1992)[1] is a Chinese Greco-Roman wrestler. In 2018, he won one of the bronze medals in the 60 kg event at the 2018 World Wrestling Championships held in Budapest, Hungary.[2]

In 2018, he also competed in the men's Greco-Roman 60 kg event at the 2018 Asian Games held in Jakarta, Indonesia.[1] In 2019, he competed in the 60 kg event at the 2019 World Wrestling Championships held in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan.[3]
