Lewis Clive Scoble (born 27 March 1997), known as Junior Mondal, is an English professional footballer who plays as a winger or striker for AFC Fylde.[4]

Career

Mondal was born in Normanby, North Yorkshire.[3] He played youth football for Middlesbrough, winning a domestic treble with the under-21 team during the 2014–15 season.[5] He was released by the club in June 2017 following a series of injuries.[5] He signed for Spennymoor Town, before moving to Whitby Town on joint-registration forms in November 2017. He signed for Whitby on a permanent basis in the summer of 2018.[6]

He signed a contract with Forest Green Rovers in December 2018, with the transfer going through in January 2019.[6][7] He made his debut on 19 January 2019, coming on as an 87th minute substitute in a League game against Bury.[8][9]

He left Forest Green Rovers at the end of the 2019–20 season following the expiry of his contract.[10] He signed for AFC Fylde in September 2020.[11]
