Asutifi North District is one of the six districts in Ahafo Region, Ghana.[1][2][3] Originally created as an ordinary district assembly in 1988 when it was known as Asutifi District. Later, part of the district was split off to create Asutifi South District in 2012; thus the remaining original part was renamed as Asutifi North District. The district assembly is located in the eastern part of Ahafo Region and has Kenyasi as its capital town.
