A. C. Shanmugam is the founder of New Justice Party, a political party of Tamil Nadu,[1] India. He is a former All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) politician.He Won in 1984 Parliament Election with 52.93% of votes for ADMK. He is also the founder and Chancellor of Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute.[2]
