National President of Scouting New Zealand

Arthur Francis Small served as the National President of Scouting New Zealand, as well as the Vice-Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Committee.[1]

In 1999, Small was awarded the 278th Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting.[2]
