A. Pappa Sundaram is an Indian politician and Former Member of the Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu from Kulithalai constituency.[1] Previously, he was elected to the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly from Kulithalai constituency as an Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (Jayalalitha) candidate in 1989 election, and as an Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate 1991,2001 and 2011 elections.[2][3][4]
