Abhishek Avasthi (born 17 March 1982) is an Indian actor, choreographer, dancer and model.

Biography

Abhishek Awasthi was born in Kanpur, India.[citation needed] He currently[when?] lives in Mumbai, India. He came to Mumbai to become an actor.[citation needed]

He, along with Rakhi Sawant, an Indian model and actress participated in the third season of Nach Baliye, a reality television, dance competition on the Star Plus television channel.[1] They were among the top-two finalists and were declared the first runners-up on 22 December 2007. Soon after that they broke up.[citation needed]

He played the role of Maninders Singh, Bauji’s second son in the television series Jugni Chali Jalandhar on SAB TV, launched on 29 September 2008.[2] He appeared in Zara Nach Ke Dikha on Star Plus and on Chintu Chinki Aur Ek Badi Si Love Story on SAB TV and now he is appearing on Tu Mere Agal Bagal Hai on SAB TV.[3]
