Acria ornithorrhyncha is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Wang in 2008.[1] It is found in China (Guangdong, Hongkong).[2]

The wingspan is 16–21 mm. The forewings are of the males are ochreous yellow and greyish brown in females. The costal margin is yellow from one-third to two-thirds and there is a brown spot at one-third and two-thirds, reaching above the dorso-apical corner of the cell and forming a V-pattern. There is a thin brown band from below the costal two-thirds, extending outward and parallel with the costal margin, arched and parallel with the termen, then oblique inward to the tornus. The discal and discocellular stigmas are small and black. The hindwings are deep grey.[3]
