Adler & Allan Group specialises in environmental clean-up operations.[1] In August 2024, Goldman Sachs Alternatives completed the purchase of a majority stake in the British company.[2]

History

[edit]

Adler and Allan was founded in 1926 as coal merchants. It expanded into oil tank cleaning in 1967, giving up coal trading by 1974.[3]

In 2006 Adler and Allan were employed by Total to clear the Buncefield fire site.[4]
