Akkarzhanka is a small steppe river in Ovidiopol Raions of Odessa Oblast, Ukraine. The river has origine near the village Berezan, inflows to the Sukhyi Estuary in its north-western part, near the village Velykodolynske.

The length of the river 39 km, the watershad area is 160 км2.
