Al-Qusayr District

Al-Qusayr District (Arabic: منطقة القصير) is a district (mantiqah) of the Homs Governorate in Syria. At the 2004 Census it had a population of 107,470.[1] The centre of the district is the city of Al-Qusayr.

Divisions

The district of Al-Qusayr consists of one sub-district or Nāḥiya (population according to 2004 official census):

  • Al-Qusayr nahiyah (ناحية القصير): population 107,470.[2]
  • Al-Hoz nahiyah (since 2010).

Localities of the subdistrict

The following villages and al-Qusayr city make up the nahiyah ("subdistrict") of al-Qusayr according to the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS).
