Aleksandar Kosorić (Serbian Cyrillic: Александар Kocopић, born January 30, 1987) is a Bosnian-Herzegovinian footballer who plays for FK Spartaks Jūrmala in the Latvian Higher League.

Club career

After playing for FK Slavija since 2004, in January 2009 he moved to Serbian SuperLiga club FK Partizan. After not getting many chances there, he moved in January 2010 to another Belgrade club, FK Rad. During the winter break of the 2011–12 season he moved to FK Radnički 1923. A year later he would leave Serbia and move to Iraq to join Erbil SC playing in the Iraqi Premier League. After Iraq, he returned to Serbia and played the second half of the 2013–14 season with FK Radnički Niš. In summer 2014 he joined FK Željezničar Sarajevo and played for the next two and galf years in the Bosnian Premier League.[1] While playing with Željezničar, he became the team captain and received a call for the national team. He left Željezničar in December 2016.[2]

International career

Kosorić made the Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team debut in the final of 2016 Kirin Cup vs Japan as a 90th-minute substitute.[3][4]
