Alexander Matrosov Gardens (Bashkir: Александр Матросов баҡсаһы (Alexander Matrosov baqsahy)) was one of the first urban public parks in Ufa, Russia. The park stretches along all the length of the north Republic House.

History

1867-1917 Ushakovsky park.

The Ufa guvernor Nilolay Bogdanovich killed by a worker in Ushakov park.

1917-1945 Liberty park.

In the park were buried who died in the years of revolution and civil war. At the burial site is now a memorial, which shows only the names Hudayberdin and Cheverev.

In 1934 he was buried here as a classic of the Tatar and Bashkir literature folk poet Bashkortostan Majit Gafuri.
