Alice Lucille McCoy (born March 29, 1948) lives in Rapid City, South Dakota. Married to James McCoy, they have two children: Steven McCoy and Kimberly McCoy. She was a Republican State Representative from District 35 in Pennington County, South Dakota from 1999 to 2006. She lists her occupation as child care. Due to term limits, she could not run for re-election in 2006, and instead challenged State Senator Bill Napoli in the June 6, 2006 Republican primary. McCoy lost the nomination, only receiving 35% of the vote.She was a republican.[1]
