Allen Roach is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island in the 2011 provincial election.[1] He represents the district of Montague-Kilmuir as a member of the Prince Edward Island Liberal Party.

In October 2011, Roach was appointed to the Executive Council of Prince Edward Island as Minister of Innovation and Advanced Learning.[2][3] He retained the portfolio when Wade MacLaughlan took over as premier in February 2015, but was given an additional role as Minister of Fisheries, Aquaculture and Rural Development.[4] On May 20, 2015, Roach was moved to Minister of Finance.[5][6] He was dropped from cabinet on January 10, 2018, after announcing that he would not run in the next election.[7]
