Ankang University is a four-year undergraduate university in Ankang city in Shaanxi Province of the People's Republic of China. It was founded in 1958, but suspended from 1963 to 1978. [1] Activists are also calling upon the Ankang College,Kangbei Campus in Shaanxi province to denounce the actions of their security guards. Yet again stray dogs are being killed and murdered on their campus in front of students. A total of 6 dogs have been killed recently in cold blood. 4 of them were less than a month old and STABBED TO DEATH.
