Antje Nikola Mönning (born in Lüdinghausen (near Münster), Germany on 2 February 1978) is a German actress known as Antje Mönning.
She was the one of the leads in the ARD television series 'Um Himmels Willen'. Antje Mönning studied acting at the Schule Schauspiel München, acting in numerous short films while still a student. Her first television role was in the RTL crime series 'Die Wache'. In addition to television, she is also active on the stage throughout Germany. Mönning is part of the wtp film organisation, which is a non-conventional film-production. Wtp produced a sex-film ,which is called "Angels with Ditry Wings". After presenting this film at the film-festival in Hof,Mönning told the German newspaper BILD,she did not act, during all sex scenes and moreover had lots of orgasms due to her exhibitionistic habit. Therefore, Mönning became popular in November 2009. After stating her peticular sexual habit, she quit the show 'Um Himmels Willen', but according to her own statement, this was not forced by the producers of ' Um Himmels Willen '. She quoted moreover, she could not stand the arrogance of the team any longer. And she could not cope, that all team-members should not have a clue about acting. The producers of 'Um Himmels Willen' were shocked and could not finde an explanation for her statements.The saw an emotional stressing as the only explanation for such an act.
