Football career

Born in Málaga, Andalusia, Moreno made his senior debuts in the 2000–01 season with hometown's CD El Palo. He signed for CF Extremadura in 2001, only appearing with the reserve team during two years.

In the 2003 summer Moreno joined Sevilla FC's B-side, in Segunda División B. On 21 September 2005 he appeared with the main squad in a 0–0 home draw against Cádiz CF, as an unused substitute; he finally featured for the latter on 13 November 2007, playing the last three minutes in a 1–1 away draw against CD Dénia for the season's Copa del Rey.[1]

On 6 June 2008 Moreno moved abroad, signing with FK Partizan.[2] However, a month later he returned to Spain, joining Lorca Deportiva CF.

In the following seasons Moreno competed in the third level, representing UD Marbella, Pontevedra CF, Cádiz CF,[3] CD Puertollano,[4] Barakaldo CF[5] and CD El Palo.[6]
