The Apostolic Vicariate of Derna (Latin: Vicariatus Apostolicus Dernensis) is a Roman Catholic apostolic Vicariate (missionary pre-diocesan jurisdiction) in Derna. It has an episcopal see but no cathedral.

It is exempt, i.e. directly dependent on the Holy See (notably the Roman missionary Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples), not part of any ecclesiastical province.
