The 4 arrondissements of the Côtes-d'Armor department are:

  1. Arrondissement of Dinan, (subprefecture: Dinan) with 68 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 129,498 in 2013.
  2. Arrondissement of Guingamp, (subprefecture: Guingamp) with 112 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 87,677 in 2013.
  3. Arrondissement of Lannion, (subprefecture: Lannion) with 60 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 100,096 in 2013.
  4. Arrondissement of Saint-Brieuc, (prefecture of the Côtes-d'Armor department: Saint-Brieuc) with 116 communes. The population of the arrondissement was 279,814 in 2013.
