These are the official results of the Men's Hammer Throw event at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. There were a total number of 37 competitors, with twelve athletes reaching the final. The eight highest-ranked competitors after three rounds qualified for the final three throws to decide the medals. The qualification mark was set at 76.50 metres.[1]
