Athlone Towncentre is a shopping centre located in Athlone, County Westmeath, Ireland. The shopping centre is the largest shopping centre in the Irish midlands with over 140,000 sq meters of retail space, consisting of 60 retail outlets, such as TK Maxx, Marks and Spencer, River Island, Tommy Hilfiger, Topshop, Next and H&M.[1][2][3]
The shopping centre is located close to the centre of Athlone town, on a site accessible from Dublin Gate Street and Gleeson Street. The centre opened in 2007.
The 4-star Sheraton Hotel adjoins the site and has 161 beds.[4]
