Bajadera (Serbo-Croatian pronunciation: [bajaděːra]) is a praline from nougat which is enriched with almond, hazelnuts from the species of Corylus avellana or walnuts from the Juglans species which gives it a specific and recognizable taste.

Brand Name

Bajadera refers to the commercial preparation of bajadera by the Kraš confectionery company of Zagreb, Croatia. Bajadera produced by Kraš has been approved to carry the label of 'Original Croatian' Izvorno hrvatsko.[1]
