"Beim ersten Mal tut's immer weh"
Song

"Beim ersten Mal tut's immer weh" (German for The first time always hurts) is the second single from German industrial metal group Oomph!'s tenth album Monster. The song was released as a promo single for the album.

Music video

The censored ("16+") version of the music video was released on July 14, 2008 through Romanian video hosting service, MyVideo. An uncensored ("18+") version becoming available on the band's website, through an online game ("Labyrinth") that promotes the release of Monster.[1]

The video depicts a 15-year-old girl nicknamed Rotkäppchen (German: Little Red Riding Hood) being lured to a meeting with a pedophile. The two return to the pedophile's home, where he sits on a chair and gets undressed, while the young girl starts to strip then punches her assailant knocking him unconscious. The young girl then ties him down and gags him while she tortures him with a butcher's knife and many medical instruments, ultimately ending in the girl removing the man's testicles. Throughout the video, there are cut scenes of Oomph! performing the song.

The video was based on the controversial 2005 indie film Hard Candy.
