Bellmead is a city in McLennan County, Texas, United States. The population was 9,901 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Waco Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The racial makeup of the city was 42.5% White, 17.2% African American, 0.4% Native American, 0.6% Asian, 0.1% from other races, and 1.5% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race is 37.8% of the population.
