Bhavya Gandhi is a child artist who plays the role of Tipendra Jethalal Champaklal Jayantilal Girdharlal Gada (Tapu) in the comedy series Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah on SAB TV.[1] He is shown as the son of Jethalal (Dilip Joshi) who plays a role of a business man and Daya (Disha Vakani) who plays a role of a housewife. Tapu is shown to be intelligent and sportive, but naughty and mischievous. Gandhi also played the role of child lead Suryakant in the film Striker.

Personal life

Gandhi lives with his parents in Mumbai. He is Jain by religion. Bhavya in real life is cousin of Samay Shah, who plays his on-screen friend Gurucharan Singh Sodhi(Gogi).
