Biřkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Klatovy District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 5.51 square kilometres (2.13 sq mi), and has a population of 133 (as at 28 August 2006).

Biřkov lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north of Klatovy, 28 km (17 mi) south of Plzeň, and 107 km (66 mi) south-west of Prague. There is also a factory for disposing of animals ("Kafilérka").
