Bidalasana, also known as Bitilasana, is an Asana. It is translated as Cat or Cow Pose from Sanskrit.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

This pose is also known as Marjariasana, which means "cat" in Sanskrit.[1]

Benefits and Cautions

This pose gently increases blood flow to the internal organs of the torso, as well as stretching the back.[1][6]

Be careful while doing this pose if you have a neck injury or wrist injury.[1][6]
