"Bluetonic" was the first single released by The Bluetones from their 1995 debut album Expecting to Fly. It spent 3 weeks on the UK singles chart, peaking at number 19 on the 14th of October 1995.[1] It was also included on the band's 2006 compilation A Rough Outline: The Singles & B-Sides 95 - 03. It contains the notable lyric: 'When I am sad and weary/and all my hope is gone/I walk around my house/and think of you with nothing on', adapted from the poem 'Celia Celia' by Adrian Mitchell.
