Bolshaya Ussurka River (Russian: Большая Уссурка, literally: Great Ussuri) is a river on Russian Far East in Primorsky Krai, a right tributary of Ussuri River.

The area of the Bolshaya Ussurka River drainage basin is approximately 29,600 square kilometres (11,400 sq mi). It is 440 kilometres (270 mi) long.

The major tributaries of Bolshaya Ussurka River are Malinovka, Marevka, Naumovka and Armu rivers.
