Branch is an unincorporated community in southwestern Camden County, Missouri.[1] It is located on Route 73 about midway between U.S. Route 54 and Tunas, Missouri. It formerly had a post office (ZIP code was 65615), but mail is now served from Macks Creek.

A post office called Branch was established in 1899, and remained in operation until 1968.[2] The origin of the name Branch is uncertain.[3]
