Brezje pri Senušah (pronounced [ˈbɾeːzjɛ pɾi sɛˈnuːʃax]) is a small settlement between Leskovec pri Krškem and Senuše in the Municipality of Krško in eastern Slovenia. The area was traditionally part of Lower Carniola. It is now included with the rest of the municipality in the Lower Sava Statistical Region.[2]

Name

The name of the settlement was changed from Brezje to Brezje pri Senušah in 1953.[3]

Cultural heritage

A prehistoric Early Iron Age burial ground of five graves has been found in the settlement.[4]
