Bucculatrix floccosa is a moth in the Bucculatricidae family. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from California and Nevada.

The wingspan is 8-8.8 mm. The forewings are white, marked with patches of pale yellow brown-tipped scales. The hindwings are yellow white.[2]
