35°54′55″N 129°01′02″E / 35.915365°N 129.017344°E / 35.915365; 129.017344 Bugan is a township near Yeongcheon, in North Gyeongsang Province.

Like other townships of South Korea, Bugan is located around mountain areas with a small population.

The township has a few mid-scale manufacturing plants. The residents have rich soil for farming. There are poultry farms and deer park in the township.

History

Accordingly, the original name, Bugan, could be traced back to the Ancient Capital of the Burmese empire in A.D. 107.
