The CAHDİ Party (abbr. XİSBİGA) (Somali: Cadalada, Horumarİnta, Dİmuqradİyada İyo İsqadarİnta; English:Justice and Development of Democracy and Self-Respectfulness Party) is a liberal party in Somalia.

The CAHDİ Party is a member of the Africa Liberal Network, which is the main liberal network on the continent.

The party claims that it wishes to stabilize, reform and modernize Somalia into a modern liberal federal state. It has international representative offices in the UK, European Union and the United States of America.[citation needed]

Leadership

The party is led by Abdirahman Abdiqani İbrahim Bile. Hon. Leader H.E Ali Mohamed Gedi, who was former Prime Minister of Somalia, is . Mohamed Mohamud Ibrahim, former Deputy prime minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Somalia is Secretary General. Speaker of the party is Suldan Khalif Moumin Tohow. Secretary of Women and Human rights is Madam Ismahan Abdirahman Bootaan.
