A bill has been passed, but has not yet been implemented, which the article does go into. Indeed, the French version of the article correctly says that recreational use is illegal while medical use is legal. undo

Even though it still doesnt reflect the nuances of the law. You will not be prosecuted when carrying 3 grams or less but still be fined. At home, there is currently no limit to how much you can store. These laws are still not in effect and no date has been published when they will be as of yet. undo Tags: Mobile edit Mobile web edit

This however is NOT TRUE as I live in Luxembourg and have recently been charged with minor possession (under 5grams) and recieved a fine. I can assure you that it is 100% illegal to own any cannabis that contains more than 0.3% CBD in Luxembourg.
