Cannabis in Yukon

Cannabis in Yukon will, as in the entirety of Canada, become legal on the effective date of the Cannabis Act on October 17, 2018.

Legalization

For Yukon's proposed framework, the territory plans to have one physical store in the main city of Whitehorse, and online sales to reach more distant communities. The minimum age for cannabis use will be 19.[1]
