Carlos Eduardo Cermeño Uzcategui (Born 8 August 1995 in Maturín, state Monagas, Venezuela) is a Venezuelan footballer who plays in defence or midfield and his current team is Sportive Tachira of the First Division of Venezuela.

Career

He has been an international with the Venezuela national under-20 football team, participating in the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games and in the 2015 South American Youth Football Championship.
