Carmen Luz Barbieri Caputo (born 21 April 1955) is an Argentine renowned actress, supervedette, dancer, stand-up comedian, director and producer of theater. Barbieri was the first winner of ShowMatch's Bailando 2006 paired with professional dancer, Christian Ponce.
Career
Carmen Barbieri, is the daughter of comedian Alfredo Barbieri and granddaughter of guitarist Guillermo Barbieri. In 1976 she made her film debut in the movie La guerra de los sostenes and that same year, she starred in La aventura explosiva. In 1978 she acted in Con mi mujer no pudo and the following year in "El rey de los exhortos, Las muñecas que hacen ¡pum!, Expertos en pinchazos y Hotel de señoritas. In 1980 Barbieri film recorded Los superagentes contra todos and in 1985 with Guillermo Francella filmed El Telo y la Tele. Her last movie was filmed in 1986 and was Las colegialas with her husband, Santiago Bal. In 1985 Carmen made her landing on the TV working on the popular comedy program Mesa de Noticias. In 1987 she acted in the series Matrimonios y algo más. In 1992 she conducted Ta Te Show and in 1994 La Revista del Domingo. In 1996 she acted in the series Como pan calientealong with model Claudia Albertario. In 1997 part of the series Cebollitas. The following year she led the program Movete. She led with journalist Marcelo Polino after Georgina Barbarossa ceded her post. During the following years are also highlighted in theater. In 2003 led by America 2, the program Cómplices y testigos and 2005 starred in the sitcom ¿Quién es el jefe? with Gianella Neyra and Nicolás Vázquez. In 2006 Barbieri participated in the segment Showmatch Bailando por un sueño, triumphing in the competition. In the summer 2006 - 2007 she worked in theater and starred in a confrontation with Moria Casan. In 2007 again to enter the competition Bailando por un sueño being eliminated in the tenth week of milonga and while driving on another air channel (América) the morning show El diario de Carmen. She drove the play Incomparable with Miguel Angel Cherutti, Celina Rucci and cast on Teatro Neptuno of Mar del Plata. Member of the jury of Bailando por un sueño 2008. In 2009 member of the jury of Bailando por un Sueño Kids with Laura Fidalgo, Reina Reech and Miguel Angel Cherutti. She was riscently leading the play in the city of Mar del Plata "Bravísima" and was a jury of Bailando por un sueño 2011 but was later purmenatly replaced by Marcelo polino. She is currently replacing Graciela Alfano in the competition.
Barbierísima 2011
She is currently working on her new 4th in a row theatre show Barbierísima alongside Bravísima's dancing Vedette, Andrea Estevez, Chilean Actress & model debuting in theatre Adriana "Leona" Barrientos, Paraguayan model, Larissa Riquelme, Argentine model and actress Claudia Albertario, Uruguayan professional theater dancer & actress Andrea Ghidone and “ex girl Rud” and model, Ivanna Paliotti who is also debuting as vedette.[1] Also in the show is comedian Fernando Ramírez, other cast members are Hernán Cavanas, Dominique Pestaña, Zulma Faiad, Germán Krauss, Beto César, Emiliano Rella, Noelia Ramella, Gabriela Mandato, Rodrigo Lussich, Cinthia Fernández, Érika Mitdank, Daniel Ambrosino, Tamara Gala, Donald, Silvina Scheffler, Rubén Matos, Eunice Castro, Juan Marcelo, Victoria Xipolitakis and a hugh body of dancers. Like her other musicals it will be on the theater of Mar del Plata.
