Carne Pinchada (trans.Stabbed Meat) is a Nicaraguan dish consisting of meat (such as beef or chicken) marinated in an alcohol sauce, using beer (Tona or Victoria), wine, etc.[citation needed] It is usually served on a stick.[citation needed]
