Castlemaine railway station is located on the Bendigo line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the town of Castlemaine opening on 21 October 1862.[1]

Disused stations Elphinstone and Taradale are located between Castlemaine and Malmsbury, while disused stations Harcourt and Ravenswood are located between Castlemaine and Kangaroo Flat. Demolished station Chewton was also located between Castlemaine and Maimsbury.

Platforms & services

Castlemaine has one island platform with two faces and one side platform. It is serviced by V/Line Bendigo and Swan Hill line services.[2][3] One platform is used by Victorian Goldfields Railway services.[4]
