Category name and scope

• I chose the name Category:Expatriate voting in United States elections in preference to Category:Expatriate voting in the United States since the latter name might conceivably include e.g. First constituency for French residents overseas, which is for French expatriates resident in the United States voting in French elections.
• I am not sure if this should be a subcat of Category:Federal elections of the United States instead of Category:Elections in the United States; are there any state or local level elections in which expatriates vote?
