I note with surprise that fictional New York mayor John Amalfi (from James Blish's noted Cities In Flight series) is not included here - but there's no article for him to link to.

I'm not an expert on Blish, but perhaps I should look into working up an article...unless someone more qualified would care to. PMaranci 20:25, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
