Christchurch City Councillors parent category

I have removed mayors from the above parent category, as not all mayors have also been councillors. For example, Eden George, Arthur Rhodes, Tommy Taylor, Henry Wigram, and John Hall were never councillors. Schwede 66 09:47, 14 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
