Disambiguation of communications and information[edit]

Note: While both may have media-related duties, depending upon the country, Communications ministries have to do with telecommunications systems, internet systems, the postal system, et cetera; and Information ministries have more to do with government news briefings, government propaganda, and sometimes, the arts and culture. --Mr Accountable (talk) 17:58, 27 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
