It seems to me that these pages should have common template/box that refers the reader to an explanation of civil townships in Pennsylvania (or to Township (Pennsylvania), though that is weak on context/background). Because many readers don't know what a township is, and the duplication of naming that is shown on all of these disambiguation pages is therefore confusing (and even prompting of derisive mockery).
